Settings

These settings control how Archive Viewer displays and stores information by default. Some of these settings can be temporarily adjusted while viewing content.

General

Theme: Light theme, dark theme, or system default.

Viewer Form

Show recently viewed resources Keep a history of resources loaded using the viewer form. These will show on the viewer form page.

Viewer

Layout: Default layout of page images when viewing a resource.

Zoom: Default zoom when viewing a resource (image width).

Large images Load large images if they’re available (not recommended on slow or metered internet).

Show text Show text panel next to each image (text isn’t always available, and varies in quality).

Show positions Show a position number below each image (position numbers are useful when page numbers aren’t available).

Invert Invert image colors.

Grayscale Display images in grayscale.

(Settings and resource history are stored in the browser, and will reset to defaults if your browser cache is cleared.)
